Gone With The Ant is a single-member LLC registered in the State of Florida, United States. We operate an online store selling physical media including mint sealed CDs, vinyl records, Blu-rays, DVDs, cassettes, and related merchandise.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

3. Products & Condition

All items sold by Gone With The Ant are described as mint sealed unless otherwise stated. Product listings include condition grading consistent with industry standards (e.g., Discogs grading system).

We primarily use images from the Discogs database. Buyers may request additional photos or videos via email prior to purchase. Once additional media has been provided and the purchase is completed, returns based on visual discrepancies will not be accepted.

Inventory is limited. When an item sells, it is gone — no restocking is guaranteed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other supported payment processors. Gone With The Ant does not store payment card information.

5. Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. We are closed on Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 4 days of purchase.

Once the shipping process has begun, orders cannot be stopped or canceled.

6. Shipping

We ship from Florida, United States via USPS and other carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 5 days of confirmed delivery for items that are physically defective, audibly defective, or damaged during transit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Product images sourced from the Discogs database are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or natural events.
